Matched to the dimensions of Kaiflex HFplus s2 pipes and plates, Kaiflex RT-HF provides full-surface insulation to prevent cold bridges and thus save energy. The thermal decoupling of steel, copper/stainless steel pipes from the clamps of the pipe support prevents the formation of condensation and thus pipe corrosion. Product changes and pipe fixings as weak points in the pipe insulation are thus a thing of the past.

With Kaiflex RT-HFplus s2, Kaimann has a pipe support that is the ideal complement to the halogen-free Kaiflex HFplus s2 insulation system. It is designed for indoor use in HVAC and chilled water applications in industry, food production and shipping. In combination with Kaiflex HFplus s2 pipes, this pipe support has a Euroclass DL-s2, d0 rating and thus low smoke emission. The result is a sophisticated insulation system solution that is free of PVC, chlorides and brominated flame retardants and thus fully complies with the declaration criteria for low-pollutant building materials.
