Knauf Power-teK LM 550 ALU 60kg/m³
Power-teK LM is a mat which is comprised of individual mineral wool strips (lamella) that are bonded on one side to a tear-resistant, glass mesh reinforced aluminium foil. The fibres which are primarily oriented vertically to the contact surface provide high compressive strength, so that so that a supporting structure is not required for round objects or to produce a pressure-resistant surface for flat-sloped roofs. At the same time, the mineral wool Mat offers sufficient flexibility for good handling.
Usage
The product is recommended for thermal, fire and sound insulation of the defined applications within technical insulation: District heating lines, Containers, Industrial plants, Pipe lines, Heat storage tanks.
