Product description
Specially formulated adhesive for even and reliable joining of flexible Armaflex insulation materials and for bonding the insulation or butt joints to a clean object.
Low viscosity, easy to apply, fast drying.
Assembly
Observe processing instructions / product data. Processing temperature: ideally +20 °C, not below 0 °C. At temperatures below +5°C or high humidity (above about 80%) there is a greater risk of condensation forming on the surfaces to be bonded or the adhesive layer. In these cases, adhesion is weak or completely absent. This can be tested with absorbent paper (blotting or crepe paper). Work should not be carried out on working plants or in strong sunlight. Shake and stir well before use. Apply thinly with a brush or spatula to the areas to be bonded. In case of contact adhesion, press firmly during the contact adhesion period. Detailed processing instructions are available.
Notes
The adhesive is cured after 36 hours. Do not put the Installation into operation until after this time. Never apply insulation to an operating Installation or in strong sunlight. Wait 36 hours before applying paint (except: Armafinish 99), adhesive tape, sheathing, etc.
